A demonic family with the blood of the Incubus/Succubus in their veins. Over time the head of the family, Morlis Desiderio, settled in Italy in the Terraferma portion of Venice, in other words, on land. With his sister, Cahira Desiderio Alvoris, he founded the Desiderio familia and as Matriarch and Patriarch she started her family with her kumpania in France and later Eternelle Lune and he in Italy. In recent years Morlis and Cahira have had several strong differences and have drifted apart, having very little to do with one another. He consoled the loss of his sister with the various wives and concubines who floated in and out of his life though no woman he claimed completely was ever free of him. Once children also graced his home but his recent actions have driven them all away, or in some cases, caused them to become slaves to more powerful demons in Hell.
Morlis has always maintained homes in all the realms he has visited or lives including the Villa in Italy, Eternelle Lune, Mystra Amor, and most recently Aleris. They do not adhere to the morals of mortals and do and say as they please. They are true hedonists and indulge in all pleasures at their whim. |
