By all means, she's beautiful. Sable tresses compliment a gorgeous face with a pale complexion and piercing, emerald-colored eyes that seem almost hypnotic at times. Plush lips almost always show a hint of a brilliant, malevolent smile, and her body is nothing short of what most men would kill for. More often that not, she wears the typical robes of a sorceress, but has been seen in customized gear crafted by the Redmont armory for her. Weaponry is usually non-existent, as Jass prefers to use fire-based magic to dispose of her opponents, though she often carries a dagger or two. A tribal-styled scorpion is tattooed upon her body, with the majority of the creature upon her lower back; one claw wraps around her left hip, while the other travels up her spine, and the tail curls thrice around her right thigh. Her ebony-colored locks of hair also normally have a green streak through them, complimenting her beauty with something a bit darker.
Background:
Once upon a time, Jass Strata was meant to marry the Lord of the Redmont Dynasty, Christopher Redmont. She was employed in the manor at Northcross as a maid, and the pair had fallen in love after he had been crowned Lord. However, it wasn't meant to be. He went insane, and was possessed by a demon called Demetri Ravenholm; when that happened, he began to change the other members of his family into blood-thirsty monsters. Nearly every member of the Redmont Dynasty was either killed, or corrupted. But when three Redmonts chose to take a stand against them, they inadvertently saved Jass from being warped into a twisted slave of the Ravenholm's; in gratitude, she helped them to defeat Christopher/Demetri. Following that, the other three Redmonts sealed themselves away, as they were too far gone to ever be cured of what they had become. But the last of them - Sophia Redmont, the Sentinel - charged Jass with protecting the family.
For centuries after that fateful day, Jass worked against the enemies of the family she would've been a part of. She studied at a prestigious university of magic, and became a ruthless sorceress that would rival most of the Redmont witches, and even went on to defeat Demetri Ravenholm (by then, Christopher was barely even there) two more times. Eventually, she met a new Lord Redmont: Maxim, the Hunter. He was married to Daphne McKennah Redmont, and even so, she felt an inexplicable attachment to him that eventually evolved into true love, something she hadn't felt in decades. However, despite her unrequited feelings, she stuck by his side with eternal devotion, and when he was changed after being betrayed, Jass reluctantly abandoned her mission to join him, and the Brood. Even she held animosity towards humanity for how they had betrayed him, and yet as she watched his fanaticism for War grow, her sorrow grew. After his rumored death at the hands of Daphne Redmont during the war of the Aquilis Molior, she returned to hunting her old foe: Christopher Ravenholm. Eventually, she hunted him down in one of Silenti's temples, and managed to kill him - though she was infected with the plague, and later died on the steps of Northcross Manor, the home of the family she loved.
